Pamela??? Where'd you get that from??? And cómo estás in English is how are you. Spanish is my first language and there is no such word as Pamela in Spanish

Como estas? Is in the present tense exactly "Como estas tu?" while how was your day? would be "Que tal tu dia?"

Como estas is how are you. Obviously you need to work on your spanish whoever made this quiz. You didnt even bother to use ~. This was a bad quiz.

Missing accents, I know what a niña is, but idk what a nino is. Como estas does NOT mean how was your day. The literal translation for como estas is how you are, aka how are you? Idk wth a pamela is, never heard of it.

Number three isn't correct. The answer should be how are you because estás is the present tú conjugation. Changing the question to Como estuvo tu día would be acceptable as well.
