You might not be able to predict your element before you get your result, and that's the point entirely. This quiz is designed to intuit rather than blatantly categorize. Rest assured, you will not be asked your favourite colour here. In the event none of the responses for a question appropriately matches up with your thinking, choose either the most likely or most fitting response from those available.

Most people will exhibit traits of 3 or 4 of the elemental types, but almost everyone will have a fairly clear main type. These 4 types are less about personal preferences or image association and more about the true nature of the person. Some questions might not be about what they seem to be about, but just answer honestly and all will come together in the end.

    Are you a thinker?
My thinking usually involves becoming lost in reflection and over-analysis of my life. I tend either to dwell on the negative or go over something exciting that happened to me again and again in my head.
I do more worrying over practical stuff than philosophical thinking. Did I remember to lock the door?
I don't spend a lot of time lost in day dreams. I'd rather plan my weekend.
Whenever I have free time alone I ponder the mysteries of the universe.

Life can be an emotional roller-coaster, which of the following most closely maps yours out?
I'm the life of the party owing to my great sense of humour. I love to laugh, but I also have a bad temper. I have a few trust issues, and so I value loyalty and honesty in my friends. I tend to be rather affectionate with them.
I'm cool in a crisis, and I'm responsible enough to keep my wits about me when everyone else is losing it, but I tend to worry about the safety and well-being of my family and friends a lot. I rarely worry about myself.
I'm mostly pretty bubbly and easy going. Nothing really bugs me all that much. I wouldn't say I'm too emotionally complex. I just like to have a little fun.
People say I'm shy, but I see myself as calm. I tend to bottle up my emotions most of the time, but every once in a while I'll have a panic attack or I'll lash out, but only when I'm at my wit's end.

    Are you lucky in love?
Family is most important to me. I could skip the fairytale wedding. I was born to make a happy and nurturing home.
It takes a lot to gain my trust. For me, love is rare. My heart's been broken a number of times.
I believe in true love and that love is all about passion. I don't want to be bored. I can wait for "the one". Until then, I'll browse my options.
I'm satisfied with the friendships in my life. Serious relationships are much too complicated.

Wow! You've always wanted a ____ and you find a ____ just lying there under the park bench! What do you do?
I'll pick it up and examine it. Then I'd probably make it my personal mission to return it to its rightful owner. I like a good challenge. Plus, there might be a reward.
I can't resist! If the person who lost it was careless enough to leave it lying around, then with me, it's in much better and more appreciative hands.
It doesn't matter that I always wanted it. It belongs to somebody else. I'd take it to the lost and found. People should be more careful.
Material objects don't matter all that much to me. I'll leave it there for somebody else to find.
