What kind of feeling do you get when you leave the house to go somewhere? Doesn't matter if you've been there a lot or not.

Way to often, sometimes I have them when the smallest of things happen. I sometimes end up calling someone I trust sobbing and asking them to stay on the phone with me until it's over.
No, I mean I've freaked out a little over things but I wouldn't call them panic attacks.
I've had my fair share (If you call it that.) They've been really bad sometimes, and I get really scared when I can feel them coming on.

I don't really want to talk about it... it didn't end up so well. It still scares me to this day.

What is this sleep? I've gone four days without it before... I was too nervous/scared/jittery to sleep.
Eh, I get enough... but once every now and then I only sleep an hour or two a night.
Did you say sleep? I love sleep, I would do it all day if I could.
I get about three to four hours of sleep at night if I'm lucky.
How do you feel about people who fake having anxiety?
I just can't understand why they would want to say they have anxiety...
It's horrible and really gets on my nerves. Some people actually do suffer terribly from it and here they are, trying to make it a "Cool Faze". I don't understand this generation.

Mate, I get frights from walking into a tree. I have quite a lot of fears...
Not not really, I hardly ever get scared.
I fear way to much... I really need to try overcome them, but I'm not sure if I ever can.

Correct them, but after much debate with yourself on if you really should or not.

I worry about how much I worry... it really bothers me...
Pffft.... nah, I'm as fit as a fiddle... I don't need to worry.
I mean I worry about exams and the really important stuff.
I worry so much, it's unhealthy how much time I spend trapped inside my mind worrying.
You see someone you know in public, they can be your best friend or someone you know in class/from work... what do you do?
What? Someone I know is here? I better hide, or act like I don't see them... but what if we make eye contact... wouldn't that mean I'll have to talk to them? I hope they don't see me.
