Okay, so you find yourself out in the middle of nowhere, chilly and hungry. Before you start ripping random leaves off in the half dark, read this, and you will find that it is really quite simple to eat..rather more palatable things.
So, first off, this is going to assume that it’s not winter.
Although there are definitely many tasty edible greens out there, meat is fairly simple to catch and is far more satisfying than a few leaves.
Fish are excellent in nutritional value, and they are much easier to kill.Spear fishing is best, unless you are lucky enough to be carrying a pole and line.Sharpen a sturdy stick, and then stand very still in the water in an area you’ve seen fish. When you see one, stab.
You can also make a trap, or even catch one with your hands, but spearing is the most efficient in most cases.
‘Rabbit starvation’ is a real thing, but put grubs into the cavity when you cook it and voila, no more rabbit starvation! And you won’t notice them at all.Promise.

Yeah, I'm not gonna eat a rabbit if I own rabbits or any animals in general
But this is a great way to survive in the wild
