Ways to face anxiety and ease the feeling.

You know the feeling of a panic attack coming around? The urge to cry? Well let's try and cope with that. This may not be helpful to some folks, but these are my tactics to reach the goal of less anxiety.
    Everyone knows the breathing skill.
But it really helps when your panicking.
Breathing releases the stress in your body by slowing down your heartbeat, which lowers your body heat, which calms you down.
    --Take a walk--
Taking a walk whilst in a anxiety attack can calm you down because your mind is focused on whats around you. It is distracted. Then do some breathing.
It may seem hard to on command laugh or laugh while in anxiety mode, but it isn't impossible. Watch a funny video on YouTube and enjoy it. Laughing helps the heart and relives stress.
Art can help you focus on what your trying to draw or ect. so your not so nervous anymore. It doesn't matter if your not a splendid artist, it just matters about you.
Often when I'm nervous I take a drink of water or ect. because water refreshes your body. So, when in panic, drinking water will manipulate your body into calming everything down, even your mind.
Sleep may be very hard for people, but it is the best way to calm your nerves. Many people now these days face sleep deprivation and not sleeping can make stress worse. So when in doubt sleep it out.
    ------------------------------------------------ ------------------
There are so many more ways to cope with anxiety but these are the main things I do. I really hope that these ways help/helped anyone out there who NEEDS the help they need.
    See you later! -Kai
