I've been gone for a long time, and I've come back with a rant. A very long rant. Nobody has the guts to say it, so I've decided to do just that. This is not aimed and any particular person, but you need to take these words to heart.

Whenever a girl looks in the mirror, she observes every little sector of her face and body. She checks to see if her head is the right shape, because if it is not, society will not let her hear the end of it. She observes her nose, it can't be too wide or too down turned, because if it is, she will be bullied until she cracks. She looks at her forehead, it can't be too big, it has to be small, otherwise she will never be accepted.

Sometimes, she uses her face as a canvas and she becomes an artist. Painting a socially accepted, beautiful picture that almost everyone will appreciate. Without her paintings, she would be nothing. She'd mean nothing.

On other occasions, she will ask herself if she's good enough for this world. If she does not dress a certain way, have a certain face, a specific body, then she'll be bullied to the grave.

One day, this girl decided to be brave. She walked out of the door with no makeup, wore what she was REALLY comfortable wearing, did her hair how she wanted to. She left the house with a huge smile on her face. As she walked through the school corridors which were packed with other people, she felt like she was being stung by a million wasps. She broke down and all people did was state and mock her. She is just a joke to them, just someone who does not have any emotions. But she does. She was stung one too many times, and she hid in a dark, quiet hole that she could not climb out of. She was stuck inside that hole until death came.

That's what people are like these days, they are wasps. They look beautiful with their vivid colours of black and yellow, a stunning combination, but they sting.

Some people are more discreet. They are like bees. If you fit in with everyone else, they'll not bother you. But if you do your own thing, then they will sting. You've aggravated them.

Why are people bullied for being themselves? People always encourage you to be yourself, and when you do they beat you up for it. Let's give a good example. Billie Eilish. Famous singer. She does whatever the heck she wants, and everyone loves her for it.

The moment a regular, unknown person does what they want to do, acts how they want to, they get attacked and find somewhere to hide until they die.

This world needs to change. Don't just lie and say you want to help others when you don't. Stop slowly killing off individuals.

If anyone has any suggestions for me, please leave them in the comments. This really isn't my best work, but I figured I've been inactive for a while year, so I needed to get back on here. Thank you for reading!

From one writer to another, I feel that this message is a very important one to hear about. I have wanted to put this in a story for forever. I think that you, PurityAngel77, have hit the bullseye of what society is in a discreet yet powerfully truthful scenario. You are so true in meaning this world has to change. I love it.

Nobody is perfect. Nobody can meet the standards society sets for us. So why do we think we have to? Just be yourself, everyone!

This is a great message. To anyone who feels like that girl then remember this:

Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those that matter don't mind! 💕
