Up my arms, in my mind, in my heart.
Taking over my mind, over my senses
Covering me, suffocating me, killing me.

I'm ten and I'm afraid of the dark, death, flying and lots more. Some nights I sleep like a baby moose lion, but some nights I don't sleep until like four-o-clock in the morning. I'm especially afraid of death. A lot of the time I'm worried there's something wrong with my body, or that I'll slip or that I have an internal injury or cancer. I had an anxiety attack in the car before. I couldn't breathe, I was shaking, my hands were stuck in a weird position and I couldn't move them. I didn't cry though. I was just breathing hard through my mouth for like twenty minutes with these weird feelings in my body. We went to the doctor and I got an EKG and four tubes of my blood drawn but they said everything was fine. So now everyone doesn't understand that I do have real anxiety and they think that it's normal anxiety ad they're saying "It's normal. Everyone gets anxiety. It's a part of life. I get anxiety all the time... " and it just doesn't help. My brothers are also super mean and I don't show it but sometimes I have to try really hard not to cry. My life just really sucks.
