I want to become thin just like my peers they make me feel so bad because theyre saying that im fat.....i want to become thinner but im struggling of being consistent in exercising also im a binge eater and it feels like i cannot live anymore without snack even just for one day😭😭i cannot understand myself .....i cannot control myself and i hate it......i spent a lot of time searching the effective way to lose fats but i cannot apply it even a bit.....this is how it feels when you're desperate to become thinner but can't control yourself and can't apply what you've learnt.this is also because my mother told me that im not fat and letting me exercising.....i know she only wants me to feel good about myself and sometimes i am believing her ,,this is the reason why i eat a lot then ends up to extreme sadness and guilt.....im rather wishing to become anorexic than being a binge water🤧😭😭

Hey, if you're reading this there is absolutely nothing wrong with your body. I developed an eating disorder as a younger teenager from stuff like this and it is awful to live like that. Work on your confidence, and doing things that make you feel good, and drop taking quizzes like this. You are perfectly okay because you are you. Don't do anything dumb like starving yourself or overexercising because it does no good. You'll feel awful, and you'll end up either dying or gaining the weight back the second you stop.

Yes! Eat heaps and eat loads of junk food and don’t exercise when you don’t have to. I did that for a year and now I am obese but I don’t care. Good luck trying to get to a normal weight!

I don't mean to hurt your feelings, but it sounds like you've gotten obese. Please ask your doctor asap for advice on how to get down to a healthier weight. Why is being overweight bad? Well, obesity strains all your vital organs, putting them in danger of failing. I want you to be OK, so PLEASE start to address your weight now. A sensible diet for faster results is high protein, low carbohydrate and low sugar. To lose faster, exercise several times a week for at least 30 minutes at a go. Your health care professional can tell you more.

I don't know how many times i need to say it - I HATE THESE QUIZZES. They encourage restricting and undereating on so many levels. I am 16 and a very active athlete who exercises 2-3 hours PER DAY and this is not too much for a high school level athlete who wants to compete in college. I am also anorexic and have severe body dismorphia and this quiz just fed into that. The person making these needs to stop.
