Losing weight will not solve all problems, just helps your body to function better if one is carrying around too much. Being fat doesnāt make a person ugly; thereās plenty of āuglyā thin and fit people out there. Practical suggestion: check into eating OMAD (one meal a day). Iām a volume eater and that at least helps me feel control over my food and the frequency of eating, I can be on a diet or eat whatever I want as long as I eat once a day within 2 hours.
