so quick update i have a doctor appointment next week i have gained quite a lot weight since my last update. i now weight 204 pounds. i have difficulties getting up and i can barely walk anymore. i realized that i need help and that i can't lose weight on my own. my family still doesn't support me but i made a few friends on the internet who helped me a lot. i also had a appointment with my new the😘 and it went pretty good

this test tells me that a diet won't work out for me and that i need to workout more but i am so fat that i can't really workout. i am 4.11 and weigh 182 pouns. i can barely run. i can't even keep up in pe how am I supposed to do cardio. i went to this camp for overweight teens and even there i was the slowest. i was the only kid who not only didn't lose weight but gaint weight because i kept snucking in snacks, went to the vending machine after every meal and couldn't workout even if u wanted to. i don't know what to do i just keep gaining weight? a month ago i weighted 173 pounds and know i weight 182. it's getting out of hand. a few years ago i was at a normal weight maybe a bit overweight but nothing compared to now. the thing is i am the only fat person in my whole family. everyone else is fit. my grandmother who is 85 can run faster than I can. at family dinners i will eat more than twice as much as everyone else and they will just stare at me. my dad's oversized shirts are small on me. i tried to diet multiple times but i just kept gaining weight. what's wrong with me? am i just supposed to stay fat for the rest of my life? can someone please help me out.

idec, slimming down seems to be the least of your worries. Focus on the positive things about yourself. Losing weight will not solve all problems, just helps your body to function better if one is carrying around too much. Being fat doesn’t make a person ugly; there’s plenty of ā€œuglyā€ thin and fit people out there. Practical suggestion: check into eating OMAD (one meal a day). I’m a volume eater and that at least helps me feel control over my food and the frequency of eating, I can be on a diet or eat whatever I want as long as I eat once a day within 2 hours. Hope that help some.

great i go to this test to find a diet bc I hate myself I think I'm fat and hate everything about me and I just get told at the end I cant stick to a diet and I cant do this I guess I cant ill never be more then a fat ugly girl :(
