What is Your Relationship Status w/ Food?
Relationship Status - Divorce Papers Need to Be Signed

You've all but signed the divorce papers with food. The relationship just isn't working and is not going to work. It's a toxic environment and you know it. You've been knowing that things have not been right for a while now. However, because you like operating in the familiar, it's been hard to completely end the relationship. In spite of health issues, emotional issues, and other negative consequences, you've stayed in the relationship. It's time to get your power back and take control of your health! You can do this! It might be difficult at first, as you know, but with time and going through the process, you can do this! Building a healthier relationship with food is going to require you to dig deep down and find your reason WHY. I encourage you to figure out why YOU DESERVE to be healthy. Start there. Don't start with trying to change the food choices right now. Start with trying to figure out WHY you have not put yourself first and WHY you have allowed your relationship with food to get to this point. Once you have that figured out and have come to the conclusion that YOU are worth fighting for...then, begin to make small changes with your food choices. Don't try to do everything at once. That never works. But, begin to make smaller, better choices right where you are.

You have correctly answered 9 of 11 questions.

On average, 583 of users who took the quiz gave 5.82 right answers.
