Good quiz .it said I was normal but I am actually overweight but I have cut out junk and I do a daily walk or two and I have started exercising for 1 hour everyday I also have started daily Pilates and yoga and drinking more water .I invested in a exercise mat ,rollerskates,and a proper skipping rope I also am eating 6+ fruit and veg a day I swapped white bread for Brown bread ect .
To anyone who is reading this you are beautiful and capable you can do anything
