I am a licensed CLS for forty plus years. Your answerf for #3 is wrong, a pressure cuff is not used (tourniquet). #17 is not quite right, Many times a vein is partially entered, causing a hematoma. #24 is wrong, it used to be done that way, but drawing directly into the blue top is fine.
