I'm known to sleep in the early morning but recently I've been sleepings at 5-6am which is slightly bothersome as it means I cant wake up earlier. I keep waking up at 3pm which is reasonable for the time I go to sleep but 😘as I cant go out for a walk, etc.

I lay down at like 9:30-10:00 but I don't go to sleep I go on Netflix and what a 1 hour to 2 and drift off and on weekdays I wake at 7:10 and on weekends I wake 10-11 am

It’s ten at night which is when I usaully go to bed by I’m not asleep by at least eleven and I’m only 11 and 2 hours and 34 minutes.
