aha! Ended up answering 'I don't sleep' for the last question after I figured out that the other choices say I sleep at 8-10 pm, checking out my laptop its 10:59!!!! Not most accurate to say I don't sleep but no other choices :( can't lie that I'm still living a hour ago

I'm known to sleep in the early morning but recently I've been sleepings at 5-6am which is slightly bothersome as it means I cant wake up earlier. I keep waking up at 3pm which is reasonable for the time I go to sleep but 💝as I cant go out for a walk, etc.
