Your best friend died. What do you do?

Be immensely sad but say all the embarrassing things they did at their funeral. It's what they would want.
I would cry and give a heartfelt speech at their funeral.
I would grieve but I'm not good at giving speeches at funerals.
I would cry and eat a lot of junk food to feel better.
That's very unfortunate but I can't let it get in the way of my duties.

Someone says: "Wait, then who is in the casket?" They open the casket and there is the dead body of a random bald dude. It's completely lifeless and very creepy.

I would probably scream or throw up.
This is so weird but going to be so much fun.
This IS some kind of scheme, isn't it?
I'm not getting involved in whatever this is.

For the investigation everyone goes to the morgue to see who prepared the body. The guy who did says he has no idea why the funeral was for someone other than the guy he prepared. So he is asked who would know. He says whoever planned the funeral might know. You planned the funeral. So you are asked why the wrong body was in the casket.

I don't know, I never saw the body.
I didn't have a lot to do with the planning of this event, anyway.

They found out it was the priest's fault.
He said the funeral was for your best friend when it was actually his victim who was in the casket.
You are asked to witness in court.

I should be in charge of this case.
Make a big speech about how he did it and everything.
Just tell them what I know, this is stupid.
I don't want to witness but I guess I have to.
I give them as much information as I can in as much detail as I can.

After the trials ended and the priest got his sentence, you get a hint that it wasn't the priest who killed the guy in the casket.

A hint isn't enough.
I go straight to the officials and tell them that I think it wasn't him who did it.
I offer the clue to the officials.
I just give the hint to someone who will do it for me.
Aw, no, I'm not doing this again... okay fine.
