I am very flexible. I am at Sofie Dossi's standard and have my own private gym. I train for 5 hours a day, and sometimes go into the night. I love gymnastics and are 11 years old

So I learn gymnastics at home and it said that you are pretty flexiable but if you keep practicing and scratching you can push your body to the limit.GOOD LUCK

Its not saying what my results are somehow. Anyways I can only do a bridge and a backbend, I wanna be able to do the splits so bad! Ive started to do stretching and stuff so yeah I hope Ill be able to do the splits soon.

@Ava, use Anna Mcnulty’s tutorials that’s what I’m doing right now, I’m intermediate back stretching and beginner leg stretching. She has tutorials on literally everything you could ask for!

@casey, same but I don’t do gymnastics I use Anna mcnultys tutorials

@pretty flexible, same! I love her tutorials and it has helped me get my splits. Still working on my needle I can do a Scorpion tho... also learning a elbow stand (double stag)!

It true i can do scorpion but i am still working on my needle. I recommend watching Anna Mcnulty stretching videos because it has helped me

I am self taught as well Casey and I can almost do splits and I love dance moms ! I am working to get to do scorpion so wish me luck ! Also top tip on how to get flexi fast is ... DO YOGA FOR 40 MINUTES EVERY DAY TO IMPROVE SKILLS BC IT REALLLLLLLLLLLY HELPS ! ( I just thought I would put that out there 😂) thx for reading this and sub to the Norris nuts !
