You shouldn't try to make it sound like being a little tomboyish is bad. You're just following the stereotypes society has put in front of you. I'm pretty offended. These are the exact words you typed: "Just a little too much tom-boy! But you're still a girl. You act a little like the boys but you're not one of them. (Thank goodness)" You also said that the total-girly-girls are creative and nothing can bring them down. Are yo implying that tomboys aren't creative? Excuse me, I've won several art awards. Are you saying that things can bring us down, that we are weak? It's weak of you to give in to society's view of how we should act. Who are you to tell me that I'm weak? I'm writing this comment right now, aren't I? You also wrote this: "You're mostly girly-girl but have a little bit of boy in you. But you're still fun and everyone loves you" Are you saying that tomboys don't have friends? Nobody like them? Nobody likes someone who tells them what they are, like you. You also sound like you're saying that if you aren't a girly girl that you don't have any fun. Excuse me, what fun is giving in to society when you can just let go and be yourself? Of course, if you're lucky enough to not have to pretend, kudos to you. But the rest of us secretly are annoyed by you. It also sounds like you are saying that despite being a little boyish, I'm fun. Not that I AM a little boyish, and fun. I will also bring to your attention THIS statement: "What were you playing with before you got on the computer? Monster trucks?" First you threatent my femininity by suggesting that I am almost all boy just because I act like the male stereotype, and then you mock me for acting the way I feel like it? I will have you know that before I got on this computer, I was NOT playing with "monster trucks". I was actually drawing at my desk. Another point that I want to make about the whole "creative thing". What were you doing before you made this rude test? Playing with ponies? Doing your hair? Of course not. You were probably doing something age appropriate for someone who knows how to spell a word like "everyone" and "computer" correctly. So you might know how to spell those correctly, but I bet you don't even know who Yoda is. I'm sorry if I've offended you with the words I have typed today. The lesson you need to learn from this is to open your mind to the unlimited personalities of the people around you. Open your eyes to what awaits you shall you shun the outdated ways of society's stereotypes, and realize what nonconformity is.
