IS A CULT
Apparently, I was in a cult. No surprise.
Being in a cult is soul crushing, it takes away your identity and all of your social skills. Your mind gets brainwashed, and your dreams and goals are taken away.
I had a dream of being a scientist, but my cult had me believe that money comes if you use your mind to attract it. Therefore, I saw no point in school (which my cult leader told me was a bad place), and I almost quit. I remember my caregivers became very frusturated with me because I wanted to be a school drop out.
Luckily, I got out of the cult in the end, and now I am working on myself. I get depressed and anxious at times, but that is probably the process of healing after a cult
