This quiz has multiple incorrect answers, primarily as a result of poorly written questions.

For example, Barack Obama was not *elected* in 2009; he took Office in January 2009 after being elected in 2008.

Further, the Emancipation Proclamation did not free a single enslaved person in a non-Confederate state; it only *threatened* to free enslaved people in Confederate States (The South) "if" the state didn't rejoin the Union by January 1, 1983.. The ratification of the Thirteenth Amendment did that on January 31, 1865.

Speaking of ratification, there were only colonies at the time of the signing of the Declaration of Independence; no statehood had been earned as yet. In fact, Delaware, the first to become a state, didn't even do so until almost twelve years after the signing of the DofI.

As for the rest of these questions and the lacking of "internal knowledge", "surface content"... just... wow...
