The quiz said that i need to eat to add a few pounds but the truth is im gaining weight this quarantine and my peers also told me that i became fat also my grandparents, my uncle,my father, my when i would say that i need to lose my fat mother will told me that i don't need to because im skinny sometimes i feel glad on hearing it .the other times when i look on the mirror i still think that im not fat thats why im binging but suddenly when i look again on the mirror later i notice that im now really fat and need to lose it..i feel very exhausted and overwhelmed especially when looking my peers who stays thin even when they eat a lot. Im so insecure about their height and weight.😒😭

I've always thought I was too big because of my age (10) and then I discovered BMI. it really doesn't focus on your age, but your height and weight. So yes, if I was like 4'7 and 122, I would be overweight. but I am 5'4 and 121 so my BMI is like, 20.9 (very healthy.)

i’m 13, i’m 5’9 and 175lbs. i hate being fat. i have a bmi of over 25, and i’m nearing obesity. i’m nearly double the weight of my friends, and by far, i’m nearly the largest out of our friend group. what do i do and how can i lose weight? i don’t want my parents to know, because that’s embarrassing lol.

Sounds pretty normal to me, i am 11 too, and i weigh 114 lbs, although i'm 5'2..
i am a little chubby though, and i have to buy clothes one or two sizes larger because otherwise they are tight...
so i guess i should start excercising a bit..

I'm 5'4 and 127-128 pounds. I always think I need to lose weight and that my stomach is way too big. I skip meals all the time and I really try not to eat. I really don't want to have an eating disorder. Advice, anyone? (P.S. I do NOT throw up my food. I think its gross and plus throwing up in general feels awful.)

Please just give me your honest opinion. I am 15 and 5’3” I used to weigh 127-130 pounds and was very healthy. Now since quarantine I have gained weight since i can’t do a lot of things i used to do and b/c of stress eating. I am currently around 140-145 pounds. I have a very curvy body type so I don’t look fat since i’ve gained most of my weight in my thighs/butt/🕊/hips and only gained about a half inch in my waist and have retained a lot of muscle still (i used to be a dancer). However i think i am at risk of getting overweight and am scared that i am ugly. how much weight should i lose and how long do you think it will take? i just want some peoples opinions. honestly i don’t feel that much uglier than i did when i was doing ballet. i was often critiqued for my thick muscular thighs, larger breast, and wide hips and it made me hate my body even though i was totally beautiful. this is mostly why i quit dance and don’t think i will ever dance again. i think once i get healthier i will try out for swim team or maybe start back with horseback riding like i did when i was younger though. idk. help,

Suicidal scarecrow, according to bmi charts you are at the low end of healthy. i would suggest not focusing on how much you weigh (as clearly that is not the issue since you are average to slim according to all systems ) and focus on finding out if you have any health conditions/food sensitivies that make you bloated and focus on gaining more muscle mass. you may just be skinny and out of shape, which can make you kind bloated looking and soft even though you technically are quite slim. whatever you do don’t restrict your food/water intake, in fact you should drink as much water as possible, and increase your daily exercise slowly. don’t count calories and don’t weigh yourself all the time, if you are gaining muscle it will be off anyways. good luck!! and please keep in mind that you may have “body dysmorphia disorder”. google it and take a few self tests just to be sure. it is nothing to be ashamed of, but needs to be addressed.

Hey, I am 14 years old, I am a medium sized girl, 5'3 and about 175lbs. That might sound like a lot but me being perfectly skinny is about 145. I would like to loose the weight but I simply cannot. I eat mainly healthy and I exercise every other day. Should I make my diet more strict and workout more or should I give it time. I am just so confused and I need help to loose my belly fat.

Hello. I am a 13 yr old girl that is 150 cm and 49 kg. I think my weight is healthy, but I have quite a bit of belly fat and no matter how much exercise I do it won't go away. I do exercise every day, but it just won't go away even though I have a relatively healthy diet. Does anyone know what I can do?

hi. im a 13 yr old girl that is 157 cm and 65 kg. i dont have much fat anywhere but my stomach. i get bloated very quickly but its not a severe case. i am not too fat just a little tummy fat thats all. the problem is i never find the right workouts but the one i did find right was too intense and ended up doing it only for one week. everyone at my school calls me fat even though i know im not as fat as everyone makes it seem. but i just dont know what workouts to do

Suicidal Scarecrow, I honestly am not one to give advice on this, but I am trying to get a flat belly and just make sure I’m muscly and look good. My twin sister got to skinny and was hospitalized for a month, and had to go back. I just feel I am chubby, especially compared to her. I just started getting a little 🍦and now I just want to get my belly flat and then work on getting my arms and legs skinny. Here are the exercises I found work really well. Leg raises, scissor kicks, crunches, hip lifts, side bends, planks and Russian twists. Do these every day, 20 reps each for a month. You should get results. Also, the losing weight thing, how I approach it is work on getting one section of your body to look better each month and the weight comes along with it :)

Pls respond truthfully...

I am 13 years old I am 5'3 and weigh 109lbs. I feel really chubby, in fact I know I am. I can't stand to even look at myself... there is absolutely nothing wrong fat people, absolutely nothing! But I feel like I need to loose a lot of weight to be comfortable with myself. Pls don't tell me I'm skinny or that I'm perfect the way I am. I have heard enough of those lies. Pls just tell me have many more pound I need to loose.

Hi Vivi. That type of belly is completely normal. Don’t worry. We always think that we look chubbier than we are. That’s what happened to me. If you want, you can try to workout your core.
These exercises were from the hospital I went to, they help get your belly muscly and flat.
Leg raises, scissors, crunches, side bends, planks, Russian twists, and Hip Lifts. You can always google these if you need. You’ll start seeing results in about a month depending on how much of each exercise you do. You have to do it Every. Single. Day. Remember, love yourself 💗💕😊
