A lot of tests claim to certify the fluency of people’s Japanese, but all they really do is measure how “weeaboo” the test-takers are. They do not accurately represent proficiency in written or spoken Japanese. My goal for these tests is to help people see what it takes to learn this language (as I honestly believe it is worth the effort), and for those in the process of learning it to gauge their progress.

Well, I heard ヂ is (rarely) used too,
but I know じ is mostly common used for "ji"-Sound.
And..."kana" is collectively used for hiragana and katakana,
so the hiragana is a kana, too.

(Not offending)
Hope it helped 😊
