Hey, if youโ€™re depressed, anyone:
First of all, your life is so valuable. You are valuable. Never forget that. Let your feelings out in a journal or diary; it really helps. Find someone that truly cares and believes in you. Love yourself. If possible, get a service dog. They will listen to you, forgive you, and love and protect you. They are very calming. Exercising them and training them will help get your mind off of things.
