When it turns watery then your going to start or in ouvulation
Which is when you egg comes down and after 6-14days you get your period
Unless you get pregnant
So 6-14 days
No more than 1 month
Good luck
But it might be more accurate if you have
Fully grown hair everywhere

Can someone estimate me?

I’ve had cramps and discharge about a year but my discharge stopped yesterday and came back today.
I’m a 32a size
My 💗 hurt to touch and I crave food and sleep all the time

I’m going on guide camp soon and don’t want to start whilst I’m there.

Thanks xxxxx

I found possible triggers
stress
menstruation (having a period)
skippings meals
too much caffeine (like cola drinks)
certain foods (cheese, pizza, chocolate, ice cream, fatty or fried food, lunch meats, hot dogs, yogurt, or anything with MSG, which is a seasoning often used in Asian foods)
too much or too little sleep
weather changes
travel
But the weird this is chocolate helps me feel better when i eat it after a migraine

@sugar sweet she couldn't take care if me or my brothers because she was bed bound by depression and my dad wasn't even home a lot. But I have a weird recurring day nightmare where he was abusing me. I can't really see his face or what he looks like, just and outline but I can tell by voice. After I got adopted my mom broke up with him anyway and got married to someone else who has seisures.

Why did you real mom have to be like your sister? Was she too young to raise you when you were born or was she unable to. Idk I feel like I’ll understamd all circumstances better when I know.

Just try not to eat milk chocolate
Because it can or eventually will be a migraine trigger especially when you get older
And I’ve got them too
My grandma can’t even eat a piece of milk chocolate and my mom used to have to take 3 days off from school because of migraines and my aunt still gets bad ones
