People ik said that the White Witch was a evil character. In Harry Potter witchcraft is encouraged.
Also my mom is disturbed that the death spell is Avada Kedavra, which is so close Abracadabra that people use to mean generic harmless magic.
I even know some people who are against Narnia. (we’re not, our dad read to us as a bedtime story when we were five from it)

Yeah that’s probably typical for homeschoolers, that they are cautious about and/or against hp. Like all the homeschoolers ik are the same way.

Kaity I've read American Girl, most of Warriors, and Harry Potter. And like 250+ other books.
(I know cuz I fit about 104 books onto three shelves. Then there was my sister's three shelves, my brother's books, the books from Libby...:)

Kaity those books used to be my favorites and I binge-read Warrriors. Once I read two of the books in one day.
Then I discovered Harry Potter and I think it’s like ten times better. No offense to the AG and Warriors...sry
