I'm about 180lbs, and 5ft 2. I can lift over a hundred pounds easily. I struggle with severe (to the point of completely avoiding social situations, getting migraines, vomiting, etc.) anxiety, am autistic, have depression, and suicidal thoughts.
I don't eat a lot of "junk food" - sure, my favorite meal is homemade pasta, but I eat a good balance of fruits/veggies, carbs, and protein. I might have the occasional burger/pasta - at about max once or twice a week, and I do love my sweets, but I'm trying to limit them.
I horseback ride, help out at a farm, do rock climbing, care for my chickens, dog walk, etc. I also get about 7,000 steps a day. (I have a Fit Bit)
Any ideas on how to lose weight? By now I'm considered obese.
