@Archie 150-160 ok yea I'm way bigger than that lol, but eating things in higher calories help gain weight, be lazy as activity will burn calories and I highly recommend pasta because it's very high calorie

I am seeing a lot of younger people (I’m only 14 but still) Let me stress this. This quiz in not necessarily accurate. If you think you are overweight, go to a doctor and ask them. Do not try to lose weight by yourself. I thought I needed to be smaller a few years ago, and it turned into an eating disorder. That was one of the worst few month of my life. So, I cannot stress this enough: YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL AND DONT LOSE WEIGHT UNLESS A LISENCED MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL HAS TOLD YOU TO AND GIVEN YOU A SAFE WAY. Be kind to yourself, please.

Hello, everyone. I'm 11 years old, I'm 5 feet 6 inches tall and I weigh about 150 pounds give or take. My parents always say "You weigh the average amount for your height! You are not fat!" but I never believe them. Everyone else calls me fat and ugly and I believe them more and more and more every time it happens. I want to lose about 10 or 15 pounds and look like all of the other girls in school, but it's hard and seemingly impossible. I am a female gainer myself but advice is complex as there's a big difference between 118 pounds and 11 and 672 pounds and 15 1/2, where you haven't gone through puberty weight probably impacts you differently but I'm not sure. If you were more like 200 pounds advice would be easier to give but if there's anything specific you want to know just ask and I'll answer as best I can
