So you're saying you are fat?
I am a female gainer myself but advice is complex as there's a big difference between 118 pounds and 11 and 672 pounds and 15 1/2, where you haven't gone through puberty weight probably impacts you differently but I'm not sure. If you were more like 200 pounds advice would be easier to give but if there's anything specific you want to know just ask and I'll answer as best I can
