Whoever wrote that you are wrong because Katniss and peeta heard thresh's scream as he was killed and because of the trackers in the tributes arms, the gamemakers know if and when they die. as for the rue one, I think u r right)

the questions about thresh getting killed and rue being the youngest were wrong. Cato did not kill thresh, the mutts did, and even then, nobody saw him get killed, so he could have found an escape room from the arena, and be on the beach eating mangos ever since. and as for rues question, there was a tribute from district 8 that was also 12, so he could have been the youngest.
