The answer to 59 is incorrect...Bilbo and Frodo are not cousins, Bilbo is Frodo’s uncle. Other than that, great quiz!

#69's answer is incorrect. Sam realises Frodo's in the hands of the enemy during the Return of the King. In the Two Towers, Gollum decides to betray the two, and that's how it ends.

#100 also has an incorrect answer. Tolkien's Gateway mentions Aragorn died at the age of 210.

#84- The Dunedain didn't help Aragorn turn the tide at the Battle of the Pelennor Fields; the Oathbreakers did (in the movie). In the book, the Dunedain did so. So not a correct question or answer.

Fairly sure the answer to 100 is wrong, I thought it was roughly 210 so did a quick search and found this "So by Aragorn living 210 years, he was given a lifespan of a king who lived at a time when the Dúnedain were still strong." from theonering.net . Still, pretty good quiz, I am kicking myself about so many of the answers!

#3 This is ambiguous. Gandalf was a Maia in Valinor, but in Middle Earth he was known as a wizard.
#40 While Balin was often and presumably the best lookout the answer is not correct. In the Hobbit, chapter Spiders and Flies, ("Dori is the strongest, but Fili is the youngest and still has the best sight," said Thorin.
#70 This is not totally clear, but if you go to beginning of he chapter Minas Tirith where tGandalf says, "The beacons of Gondor are alight, calling for aid." and compare this to Appendix B 8-10, while not conclusive, it would appear that the beacons were lit prior to the arrival of the red arrow.
# poorly constructed question/answer : without the aid of The Oathbreakers, the Dunedain would never have arrived.
