Most gamers would agree that Grand Theft Auto is an awesome game franchise, even if it's not their personal favorite. It's hard to believe it came out so long ago (1997!) and is still so crazily popular. Why? Maybe it's the insane speed runs, sly references, amusing developmental stories, cool easter eggs and mind-blowing feats that keep us coming back for more. (But why ask why? Just play the game!)
Since its debut in 2013, GTA V has been blowing up all the game's previous records by selling 110 million copies and counting. Think about that: There are only 13 countries in the world with more than 100 million people: China, India, the United States, Indonesia, Brazil, Pakistan, Nigeria, Bangladesh, Russia, Mexico, Japan, Ethiopia and the Philippines. (Don't worry, we promise this is NOT gonna be on the test.)
