    The leotard hanger is important if you are a gymnast you have so many leotards. They take up so much space! So, we’re going to try to minimize that. You are going to need a multi-hanger from Target. You can get them from Target or basically anywhere. You just literally put all your leotards on it.

    Okay, so you are going to need a pair of old socks and a pair of scissors. Honestly, this is so easy. All we’re gonna go is fold the socks over to size you want and you just cut it. I used some old purple socks and this is how they turned out.

    All you need is a scrunchie. It can be hard to keep your feet together in a back handspring. You can either put it around your ankles and do the skill or you can put in your knees. If it comes out that means your legs didn’t stay together.

    You need a toothbrush and hair spray. You are going to put the hairspray on the toothbrush and comb your hair.

    Moisturize your hands. If you don’t your hands will be dry and might hurt. Then take some antibacterial ointment and rub it on your hands. Then take a wet tea bag and put it on your palm. Then get some athletic tape and leave it on over night.

    On a mat or floor get some duck tape or blue tape. You can put on the floor or a mat. It is easier on mat. Make sure it is four inches wide. Measure it with a ruler or measuring tape.
